This year on this day I feel a little better that now you have my grandad with you. As much as I miss him it makes me feel a little better that you are both together again and can be at peace together. Another year passed Nana, so much has happened since you have been gone. Most of it good but this year has been tough. Wish you could have met my wee PJ and wish you were here to talk to. Yesterday we went to your place of rest to remember you 1 year on from your passing. We all got together and stood at your grave, not many words were said but we all were remembering you in our own way. Grandad tried his best and we were all there for him on the day. Mum, I miss you being there to help me through every days' tough decisions. I miss talking to you and just being in your company when sometimes I don't want to talk. I continue to visit at least once a week to make sure things are in tip-top condition where you rest. Martha was the only woman that I ever loved and dated.Of coures I had girls I palled about with but never dated in my younger days .When I met Mum all these years ago I was smitten and that was the last of that.When the family arrived we both worked hard to give them as good and loving life as we could and they turned out to be the as caring as there mum a tribute to there mum`s love and care for them.She will be sorely missed by all of them and especially myself as she was my wife and my pal.Thanks Martha for the good life we had. I miss you very much and always will.

Mum, Your smile and kindness is always here in my mind, this can never be taken from me. Though I lived far away, you were always with me, as you are now. I feel honoured to be one of your children. Your patience and love was so strong and appreciated by me. I am so happy I had time to spend with you in your last few weeks, see your smile and tell you how much you meant to me. Mum, you will always be with me and I will always see your smile. I miss this every day. The pain of not seeing you hurts EVERY day and night. Others say this will fade through time, but I know time cannot erase my memories of you. I hope we all done the right thing near and at the end of your time with us, and hope you will forgive all the doubts I have in my mind.
